1. Refuse to vote for any tax increase [if the NOTICE discloses that the adopted rate will result in an average INCREASE, it needs to be lowered]; 

2. Work to repeal the home-based business permit requirement and simply make sure "customary home occupations" are a recognized traditional use in every zone with a home; 

3. Work to repeal all the "International" codes that infringe on property rights. 

4. Work to repeal animal/ pet registration mandates;

5. Increase real transparency by publicly sharing agenda packets, public hearing background info, and sharing more than pictures with the community about the process.

I want a small-town community, not a big-city railroading of people.
